1/26/2011 - Shooters take aim, give back to children in our community

Despite the chilly morning temperatures, the 2011 Phil Esposito Sporting Clays Tournament turned out to be the perfect day for a friendly sporting clays competition! More than 60 shooters participated in the shotgun-style tournament at Tampa Bay Sporting Clays' top-notch shooting course. Participants enjoyed a hot breakfast provided by McDonald's and delicious BBQ lunch by Smoke BBQ & Grill.

6/16/2010 - Announcing the Lewis G. Schaeneman Foundation Computer Lab at Joshua House

Children's Home Society of Florida (CHS) announces that the Lewis G. Schaeneman Foundation, Inc., has made a gift to the Joshua House residential program to assist in the renovation of a new computer lab in the Thomas House.

We were thrilled when Sarina Fazan, anchor for ABC Action News Channel 10, came to our campus in Lutz to speak to the children from Joshua House and Hansen House.
