Central Florida Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteers are at the core of our organization, and their support is imperative for us to continue our work to protect and nurture children! The love volunteers provide brings hope to our children, warms their hearts and truly makes a meaningful difference in their lives. Our precious children value their time with our volunteers.

Due to the critical importance of protecting the children in our care, we require complete background checks of prospective volunteers. All Children's Home Society of Florida volunteers must pass a fingerprint background check before working with our children and families.

How do I get started?

Taking the first step is easy - complete the volunteer application and send it to our staff. Our staff will soon be in contact you and remain with you every step of the way - from completing your application and participating in an orientation and throughout your time with CHS.
